Sound Baths
Immerse yourself in the vibrations of sound, allowing them to carry you on a journey of renewal and self-discovery. In my sound bath sessions, I use the power of gongs, ceramic singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to bring you into a state of deep relaxation. The frequencies resonate through your body, washing away tension, clearing mental clutter, and soothing your soul. It’s an experience that helps you reconnect to your center and leave feeling refreshed.

Typically, I determine which instruments to bring to an event based on the length of the session and what I am feeling most connected to that day. I am happy to discuss further if there are specific instruments you would like to experience.
